Our passion for fitness began over a decade ago when we transformed our own physique, losing 60 pounds and discovering the life-changing impact of proper training and nutrition. That personal journey sparked our mission to help others achieve their own transformations.

Our Fitness Journey
Started our fitness journey together
We weighed over 110kgs, troubled by obesity, body shaming and health concerns and with a hunger to be better, we started working out, the sole goal was to lose weight.

Weight loss
We lost over 25 kg and built some muscle mass. Thankfully, we started with weight training, guided by our self-study and research on fitness. We explored countless workout and diet plans from Bodybuilding.com, all driven by our desire to get stronger.

Personal Transformation
We reached single-digit body fat for the first time and did a proper shirtless fitness photoshoot. For most of our lives, we were terrified to take our shirts off because we were overweight. But this time, things were different.

Launched Online Coaching
We founded Diet is Everything, pursued formal education in Fitness and Nutrition, and started coaching people. What started as a personal journey soon became a mission to inspire, educate, and empower others to take control of their health and fitness!

Messed up health and physique as COVID struck
A sedentary lifestyle, unchecked junk food intake, unhealthy sleep patterns, stress eating, and more were the causes. But the blame was ours—because we let loose and lost control.

Got to our best shape till date
Competed for the first time in a natural bodybuilding competition and secured podium finishes in three categories. It had always been on our bucket list to step on stage, and we finally made it happen!
